As older guests, we appreciated the cosy vibes, helpful staff, and delicious breakfast each morning. the free shuttle was a great perk!

Felt so welcomed; nothing was too much trouble at all!

Japanese-style quadruple room was heated and wonderful had down pillows. Really enjoyed a bath in my own bathroom. Its location was magnificent, right by restaurants around too, Furano Ski Resort and train station and ski area.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the mountain and the shuttle to the ropecar. the room had very comfortable beds. - the breakfast options were delicious and savory, the food was amazing.

the staff, especially Adrian, were incredibly helpful, offering prompt assistance. the cozy chalet, superb onsen, and tasty breakfast made for a memorable experience. A bit more mirror space would have been nice, but overall, a fantastic getaway!

The hotel provided a nice and comfy base for enjoying the ski area. It had a quiet atmosphere and an excellent location close to the ski lifts and gondola base. - I enjoyed trying some drinks at Bar & Dining Ajito, just a 5-minute walk away.

The room here was very clean, organized, with a lovely view of the valley and even had a beer vending machine, and the location couldn't have been better, near Asahigaoka Sogotoshi Park.

Our stay at Chalet Burlap was excellent! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ski hill, making it so convenient for us to hit the slopes. The facilities were clean and well-furnished, especially the spa, where we could relax and unwind after a long day. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the refreshing welcome drinks. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Chalet Burlap for a memorable stay in Furano.

Although there were a few minor issues with our room initially, the front desk promptly resolved them, ensuring our comfort throughout. Additionally, some guests mentioned slight vibrations from the air-conditioning unit, but we found that using the central heating solved the problem.
